Tree work on a Treasure Lake lot

A lot in the woods or on the water is a different job from a flat suburban yard. The tree is often close to the house, the lake or a neighbor’s property, and the way in can be a narrow drive or a sloped yard.

  • Tight or sloped access: our 92-foot CMC spider lift and 75-foot TEUPEN spider lift are built for backyards and ground a bucket truck cannot get onto.
  • Trees over the house or the water: where heavy sections have to come off near a structure, our knuckle boom crane with a grapple saw cuts and lifts them out instead of dropping them.
  • Lawns and landscaping: protective ground mats go down on every job. We leave your property exactly as we found it.

What we do in Treasure Lake

Before we come out

Treasure Lake is a gated community with a property owners association. Two things are worth sorting out before the work starts:

  • Association rules. Check with the Treasure Lake Property Owners Association whether your lot needs approval before a tree comes down. We can tell you what we see on your property, but the rules are the association’s to answer.
  • Getting through the gate. Tell us your lot and when you will be home, or who can let the crew in. Some Treasure Lake homes are second homes, and owners are often away.
